N of Cantigny again

When the panorama loads, you will be facing south, into the village of Cantigny.
We are directly above where the main thrust which came from the west to the east, crossing this road.
There are several aerial photos of the battle showing the tanks below our position, with troops gathered in shell holes east of the road.
This is also a good view of the orchard area, with the hedgerow/tree line that created such a strong German defensive position.
With that being said, the village was taken in 30 minutes, which is a testament to the planning, combined arms, and modern tactics, such as the rolling barrage and tanks.
